Do I need a confirmation and when will I receive it?

You will receive a booking confirmation after you have paid your deposit and again after making your final payment.

This will arrive within two hours to the e-mail address given at time of booking. If not recieved, can you please check your junk mail folders as our confirmations come with a PDF attachment that some systems will not recognise in your main inbox.

A copy can be requested by post to request this please email by clicking here,  this will arrive within 7-10 working days or you can download a new copy from your MyButlin's account.

You won't need to bring any paper work along with you to check-in, you'll just need your reference number, or you can simply show your confirmation on your mobile phone.
