What will I receive before I arrive?

We won't be sending any tickets for your Butlin's break; instead you'll receive an e-mail confirmation from us after you make your booking. Simply make a note of your confirmation number when this is received as you'll need this and photographic identification for check in.

You will receive an e-mail from us two weeks before your break with lots of useful information and a link showing you where to download your entertainment guide when it's available 48 hours before you arrive. We do not send these out by post, if you would like to update your booking with your e-mail address please click here to view your account.

Your pre-arrival guide, what's on planner and other useful information will be sent out via e-mail before your break so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox.
