All of our guests are welcome to join us on resort from 1:00 pm and you can start having fun straight away - don't forget to pack your swimming kit separately so you can enjoy Splash Waterworld.

What will I need to bring with me?
Once you've received your confirmation e-mail from us please double check that all the details are correct. You won't need a printed copy of your confirmation to check-in, on arrival simply present your booking reference number along with some photo identification.

What will I receive before I arrive?
Your pre-arrival and what's on guides will sent to you via e-mail before you arrive so keep an eye out for them in your inbox.

Can I check in at an earlier time?
Whilst you can't check in to your accommodation earlier, you can arrive and start having fun from 1:00 pm on your arrival day. You'll have full access to our resort facilities and a guide to what's on during your break will be provided on arrival so you can start planning your break.

What's the latest I can check in?
If you won't be arriving to resort until a little later please don't worry, our team at the main entrance will have your welcome pack and can check you in at any time.

Please Note: For any bookings made or paid for within 21 days of arrival, the lead guest must produce the credit card used for the payment prior along with a form of photo identification to be able to check in on resort.
