What's Autopay?

Autopay is a new, more convenient way to pay for your Butlin's break. When selecting Autopay you'll only need to pay a low deposit of £10 per person to secure your booking with the remainder of the balance split into equal monthly instalments on a recurring date of your choice. These payments are taken from the same card used to pay the deposit, with the final payment taken eight weeks before you arrive. It's a hassle free way to spread the cost of your break and saves you setting reminders to pay your balance.

If you've already booked a break and paid your deposit but would like to select Autopay, it can still be added to your break. We'll simply split the remaining balance into equal monthly instalments for you.

Alternatively you can choose to pay a £30 per person deposit and have the balance of your break automatically taken from the same card eight weeks before you arrive. Choosing this option gives you the peace of mind that once your deposit has been paid there's no other payment date to remember or phone call to make, we'll take care of everything for you.

What if I need to change my card details?
If you have a new card or would like payments to be collected from a different card from now on you can do this by making a payment of £5 and selecting the Autopay option when paying online or by giving our friendly team a call on 0330 100 6650.

What if my payment hasn't been taken yet?
Our system is set up to take Autopay payments at 23:59 pm on your scheduled payment day. Due to the number of payments processed at this time your payment may not show as taken on your bank statement until the next day. If your payment has not been taken within 24 hours of your scheduled day please contact us.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancelling your break 56 days or more before travel will result in a loss of full deposits and not the low deposit used to book your break, cancellation charges will apply in the same way as normal. For more information on cancelling your break, please click here.
