How can I add to, amend and make payments for my ESF break?

Can I add another person to my booking?
If we have availability you will be able to add guests to your booking. To do this you will need to contact our friendly resort team, you can reach them on:

Can I change names on the booking?       
Absolutely! You can also change the names of guests on your booking if a member of your party is unable to make it, however, we are unable to change the name of the lead guest of the booking. To add more guests to, upgrade or amend your booking please get in touch with us by calling:

What do I owe and how do I pay my balance?
You can check your balance and make a safe and secure payment within the My Butlin's section of Butlins.com. Click here and you'll be able to make a payment towards with break. 

When is final payment due?
We require full payment 56 days (8 weeks) before your break date. The fastest way to make a safe and secure payment is online.
 
Can I transfer my deposit to a Butlin's break?    
Deposit payments are non - refundable and non - transferable in all circumstances.  To amend your booking please speak to resort customer care team on:

Can you re-issue my Butlins booking confirmation?     
Absolutely! Log in to the My Butlin's section of Butlins.com and select the 'resend confirmation' button
